These Terms of Service apply to the mobile application "HelloStetig" (hereinafter "App") and all related services. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

HelloStetig is an iOS application for habit tracking based on the "Goals-First" principle. The App offers:

• Creation and management of goals and habits
• Flexible intensity tracking (0-5 scale)
• Statistics and progress display
• Reminders and notifications
• Local data storage (Privacy-First)

3. License and Usage Rights

3.1 Grant of License

I grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your Apple devices in accordance with these terms and Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

3.2 Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the App
• Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
• Distribute, rent, or lend the App to third parties
• Circumvent technical protection measures

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Free Usage

HelloStetig offers basic features for free. You can create and track goals and habits without paying.

4.2 Premium Features

Advanced features are available through a subscription or one-time purchase. Current prices and included features are displayed in the app.

4.3 Subscription Options

• Monthly: Automatic renewal every month
• Yearly: Automatic renewal every year
• Lifetime: One-time payment, unlimited access

4.4 Cancellation

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through iOS Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rated refunds are provided.

4.5 Refunds

Refunds are processed in accordance with Apple App Store policies. For refund requests, please contact Apple directly.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights to the App, including trademarks, copyrights, patents, and trade secrets, remain with me. The App contains copyrighted materials that may not be used without my express permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 No Warranty

The App is provided "as is." I make no warranty for:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Therapeutic or medical effectiveness

6.2 Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. My total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the last 12 months.

I reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced through the App or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
